2. Refund Policy
a. Returns and Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at Global@newwavecorporated.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Returns will only be accepted for items that are in unused and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
b. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
c. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
d. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
e. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Global@newwavecorporated.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
